About

A short list of houses. On purpose.

Oak & Shine started in a handful of Brookhaven kitchens and stayed that size. We would rather know the dog’s name than add another van.

Cleaner wiping a sunlit surface

The studio

Named for the floors.

Most of the first homes had oak underfoot—scuffed, loved, better when the dust was gone. Shine was the other half: not a glare, just a room that finally feels tended.

Helen Park still runs the crew. The team is paid well, trained in-house, and sent out in pairs so the last room is as finished as the first.

Non-negotiables

Three things we will not trade.

Same faces

Whenever the calendar allows, your house gets the same pair. Continuity is part of the clean.

Gentler chemistry

Plant-based by default. If you have a finish or an allergy, tell us once. We keep it.

Time enough

The visit is sized to the house. We do not sell a miracle that fits between two other jobs.

If that sounds like your kind of crew, we want the house.
